North Wales Rugby Council was set up in 2006 under the WRU Strategic Plan for North Wales to assist the Union in the implementation of its objectives to promote, ,foster, encourage and improve Rugby union in region. Full details of objectives, constitution etc. are contained in the Strategic Plan.
